Need a copy of your parking invoice or receipt? Retrieve it conveniently through the Sunway Super App anytime after your parking transaction.
With Sunway Smart Parking, you can easily view your parking transaction history and download or email your invoice (receipt) directly from the app.
Here’s how:
Step 1: Tap the ‘Smart Parking’ icon under ‘Quick Access’ on the homepage and select ‘History’.
Step 2: Tap ‘Filter’ to search and select the relevant parking transaction.
Step 3: View your transaction details and choose to download or email the invoice (receipt) directly from the Sunway Super App.
Enjoy convenient access to your parking records whenever you need them, all within the Sunway Super App.

• Smart Parking feature is applicable at all Sunway’s vicinity that accepts Sunway Smart Parking feature such as Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Pyramid Hotel, Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa, Sunway Pinnacle, Sunway Velocity TWO, Sunway Carnival Mall, Sunway Velocity Mall & Sunway Putra Mall.
• No partial Sunway Points redemption is allowed for the parking payment fee.
• No points awarded on redemption available when you redeem with Sunway Points.
• Sunway Super App and Sunway Smart Parking reserve the right to refuse, alter, amend, delete, or add to the stated terms & conditions or withdraw this feature at any time without prior notice.
