• This redemption will run from 10 April to 26 April 2026.   
• Redeemable at Concierge Counter at L1 Main Concourse.  
• Redemption items are on first come first serve and while stocks last basis. No disputes will be entertained if the items have been fully redeemed. 
•  Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.    
• Redemption items will be allocated randomly based on availability.     
• Shoppers are entitled to redeem only ONE (1) time per day:  
• Spend RM50 in singe receipt to redeem ONE (1) Blind Packet  

*Limited quantity, while stock lasts.  

• Shoppers are required to download the Sunway Super App and register as a member prior to taking part in the redemption activity to receive the redemption items.    
• Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption. 
• The images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed.  
• Valid only for original receipts from purchases made at Sunway Square Mall outlets on the same date. 
• Receipts from Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Sunway Lagoon, Sunway Geo, Sunway Pyramid, any other Sunway properties or any type of bill payments, reloads or top-ups, as well as transactions from banks and money changers are NOT eligible for redemption. Payments made in cash/shopping vouchers or using gift cards are strictly NOT valid for redemption.  
• Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.  
• Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.    
• The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item with or without any prior notification.   
• The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.     
• The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.  
• By participating in the concourse redemption, the mall reserves the right to publish or display the photographs and/or videos which you may be part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes. 
• The protection of personal data is an important concern to Sunway and personal data collected will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice of the company at https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/ . 
• Participants are deemed to have read the Personal Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) (as posted on https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/ and agreed to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the Notice.
